M Recruitment is a company founded over 5 years ago with the aim of providing specialized recruiting services in the areas catering, hospitality, gaming, I-gaming, technology, skilled labour and healthcare services. We first started out in the area of catering & hospitality, considering it to be our core area of expertise. Our philosophy is to help businesses and the talent they need to drive their success and at the same time place the right professional at the best market conditions.

In the Fall of 2018, M Recruitment started its new Internship Program in Malta where qualified student applicants could start applying to a Work Services Internship Program with our esteemed clients in various skilled labour, catering & hospitality fields. Students can now put their theoretical studies to test by embarking on their new path towards a rewarding career in beautiful Malta – learning, growing, and training with some of Malta’s best professionals.

Furthermore, in partnership with our affiliates in Cyprus, we now offer qualified students an opportunity to improve their English Language skills in accredited study programs designed to help students “brush up” their English while working towards a new career path.

In early 2019 M Recruitment will be opening its doors to Catering & Hospitality professionals wishing to further their career skills in our new Catering & Bar-tending Schools. Mostly designed to offer young professionals a leading edge in occupational, practical skills development, the courses offer Chefs, Bartenders and FB / Waitstaff an opportunity to learn from the best professionals in Malta.

We have also been active with our „ever increasing” list of clients in Malta – searching out and developing relationships that always put quality before quantity, expanding into new business sectors to offer a greater variety of positions to our candidates and students. We work together with a network of partner agencies that span the globe to find the best and the brightest from all branches and levels of work.
